Stomach fat is ugly, deadly, and embarrassing. And no one knew that better than Juan Ruiz. He was tipping the scales at over 310 pounds and knew he need to do something about it quick, or else he wouldn’t live to see his son graduate college.

In the summer of 2007, Juan looked everywhere to find a stomach fat burning program. He finally stumbled across the article, “The Dark Side of Cardio”, and it hit home to him like no other program ever had.

Like you, Juan had spent hours and hours each week doing cardio and trying to lose stomach fat with those long, slow workouts. But not only were they ineffective, but they also left him injured and beat up.

He also just didn’t have time for those long cardio programs. Not only did he have a young son who needed his father around (Juan was a single dad raising his boy), but he also was going to college full-time so he could get a good job to support his family.

After he read about the Dark Side of Cardio, Juan decided to try the belly fat burning program called, Turbulence Training. This program was the exact opposite of what he had been trying for years, but without success.

Instead of doing long workouts, Juan switched to bodyweight exercises, supersets, resistance training, and stomach fat burning interval workouts.

It sounds like a lot, but these new Turbulence Training workouts only required 45 minutes, three times per week. That was less than half of what Juan was doing in the past with longer cardio programs.

In his first month, Juan lost over 10 pounds, and those results kept on coming over and over and over again. In less than 10 months Juan lost over 100 pounds of body fat and drastically reduced his stomach fat.

Soon after Juan broke the 200 pound barrier for the first time in his adult life. His amazing transformation has been documented in these photos.

If you want to burn stomach fat, you need to follow in Juan’s footsteps. First, give up long, slow boring cardio. It’s a waste of your time and it doesn’t really work for burning belly fat.

Second, give up crunches and sit-ups too. Those exercises do little, if anything, to help you burn stomach fat and you’ll lose nothing by giving up those exercises.

Third, you need to focus on eating fewer calories than you need. The easiest way to do this is by giving up sugar, soda, processed foods, and fast foods. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and even raw nuts. Those will fill you up and help you burn body fat.

Finally, you need to switch to the Turbulence Training Fat Loss System. You’ll do only three short workouts per week, combining bodyweight exercises, supersets, and interval training to help you lose up to 10 pounds per month.

And you can do all of this in the comfort of your own home. All you need are dumbbells, a bench, and an exercise ball to lose belly fat. You don’t need fancy machines or an expensive gym membership.
