Working out outside at a park?
Hi,
I LOVE working out, outside. Especially when its VERY hot. The problem is, I won’t have all the special equipment for weight lifting practice. So if I bring dumbells and work out in the grass or on a mat, will this be as good as the equipment at the gym?
You think I’d look stupid working my muscles outside @ a park? They have a big grass field, I could do the exercises far from others I think but some may see me.

here try this video. you may not be looking for what they call in the video “summer bikini body” but they’ve got some great ideas on how to work out at a park. just be creative!
