What is the best way to lose fat?
There are countless websites and magazine articles claiming to know the revolutionary way to lose fat in days. I do not want to hear a miracle treatment; just a way to lose that last bit of body fat over a few months time.
I am an athletic guy with a nice body. I just have a little belly fat. What is a good way to lose small amounts of fat. What is the right diet, exercise routine, etc?
