What to do to get flat stomach(abs) and super toned legs?
Okay so im a female and i have some belly fat and am a tad over weight. what exercises can i do to achieve a flat stomach,abs,and super toned legs? and over all weight loss. please help. also what foods should i be in taking or not eating?
