best way to flatten your stomach after having baby?

i should say easiest!! i am terrible when it comes to this kind of dicipline, has anyone used any kind of machine or specific exercise or easy diet that helped get rid of your leftover pregnancy fat?

I would consult a personal trainer to work with your body type specifically.

If I just had a baby I would try to attack that extra bulge by doing a variety of ab workouts a week. Have you ever heard of the Abs Diet for women? He lists 52 ways to have six pack abs. There is also an exercise plan included for a 6 week flat abs goal.

Please understand that weight is not lost from just cardio. Lifting weights can burn more fat if done with more reps and low weights. You will have a toned body fast if you keep that in mind and eat right: hearty breakfast, healthy snack, lighter lunch, snack, and super light and healthy dinner with barely any carbs ( unless you workout early in the morning).
