
Whats the quickest way for women to burn fat and gain muscle??
Iv’e been going to the gym for a while, but by training for the army i need to get fit quicker!
I spend 5 out of 7 days a week in the gym, but i dont seem to be moving fast enough.
I do bycicles, sit-ups, spotted chinups and tricep dips, bench presses, 20-50 minutes cardiovascular work…alot basically!
PLEASE help! i don’t care about gaining large male muscles, infact the idea sounds cool, however i need to get fit quicker!
NATURALLY!
No steroids or tabs etc please…
I don’t eat chocolate, or junk foods.
i drink 5-6 litres of water a day.
i eat 3 meals a day, and eat fruit throughout the day.
i do chin ups etc, but im still not strong enough for full on pressups.
i also eat ALOT of fruit and veg
you need to include weight training and eat healthier…
