My mom and I are trying to lose weight together. What do we have to do?
My mom and I are both trying to lose a little over 40 pounds each. I am just wanting to mainly slim down in the stomach and thighs area. We have no acess to a gym or anything like that, but we own:
2 5-lb handweights
a jumprope
exercise ball
yoga tapes
bicylces
a mini trampoline
We are both trying to lose weight, as I said, but we are not going to be doing EVERYTHING together. So any kinds of things we can do would be helpful.
We don’t eat very healthyfully, I know that much. I am trying to change that but I dont know how. Maybe someone could offer me a web site with some low calorie, good tasting foods.
