
i made up a healthy eating plan to lose some weight, is it actually healthy?
Okay so i want to lose 10 pounds, and i want to lose 2 lbs per week, which i heard its healthy.
i eat 3 meals a day, cause when i snack i gain weight.
Breakfast: healthy smoothie (2 servings of fresh fruit like a medium banana, and 1 serving low/non fat dairy like 1 cup of low fat or skimmed milk ORR 6 ounces of low fat or skimmed plain yogurt)
Lunch: grains and fresh veggies
1 serving healthy carbs (1/2 cup boiled brown rice OR 1/2 cup whole wheat pasta…) and fresh chopped veggies with squeezed fresh lemon
Dinner: 1 serving lean white meat (3 ounces of white meat tuna in water ORR medium piece skinless grilled chicken breast)
and a bowl of steamed veggies like broccoli and zucchinis
* i dont eat after 7pm + i drink lots of water
Exercise: 30 min cardio everyday!!

thats too little! you should eat more especially breakfast as it is the metabolism boost meal! you need some protein at lunch too XX
