Tae Bo and Pilates??
I recently bought 2 videos- Billy Blanks Fat Blasting Cardio and Laura Hudson’s Pilates workout. Has anyone used these methods for weight loss? I need to lose 55 lbs. I am currently at 170 and I am only 5′0″ so I am not very healthy. Any advice for tae bo or pilates? any advice on diet? I need some good recipes for dinners. Thanks
I have used both (I had Windsor Pilates, though). I found it difficult to keep up with the Tae Bo until I had gotten into a little better shape. I started out with walking daily and pilates 3 times a week. I made sure I drank plenty of water (it kept me feeling fuller). I also was very conscious of getting in all of my fruits and veggies. If you get all of them in, you aren’t as hungry for the crap. Once you get in a little better shape, the Tae Bo is easier to keep up with and melts the lbs. I have managed to lose over 55 lbs so far by doing this.
Good luck. Just stick to it and don’t beat yourself up for a few slip-ups.
