
How can I get a a skinny waist and thin stomach?
Im 5 foot 3, 100 lbs any skinny everywhere excpet my stomach. It hangs over my pants and is soooo gross and UNCOMFORTABLE!!! Fitness plans and diet plans??
you sound like me. lol. what helped me was to cut out most of my dairy (most people are a little allergic to it and it makes people bloat around the stomach) Try to stay away from fast food and if you do only get about half as much as you usually would, like one cheeseburger instead of two and a large fri.
I found out I was eating way more food than my body actually needed, so just try to eat less food and drink lots of water becuase that help to flush out the sodium deposits that get stuck in the belly area and make it look fat. Rememer when you are doing the exercises, go slow and focus on only using your abs and flex them as much as you can the whole time. you will work them out much better if you do that istead of doing 40 crunches as fast as you can because you are using momentum.
