Who would i go to see for a meal plan and exercise schedule?
Who would i go speak to if i want a diet plan and someone who would be able to tell me how many hours of workout id need to reach my goal weight and how long it would take etc. Would a dietitian be able to answer this or would a fitness trainer?
A nutritionist for the diet plan and a personal trainer for the exercise. Be sure to check the credentials of both, there are a lot of frauds out there.
