Exercise at work or at home?
I work a full-time office job, then when I go home I cook and clean. I hardly ever find time for a workout routine, but I am willing to exercise while I’m doing other things (at my desk or at home). I work in a cubicle and I have those hand grippy thingys, but that isn’t nearly enough exercise to satisfy me. I try to get up and walk and stretch as much as I can though. When I get home I have free weights, exercise ball, and jump rope, but hardly ever get to use them during my busy schedule. Can someone please help me find other things to do to burn calories???
i walk during my lunch hour at work and if i get a break at work i walk then too… it adds up to about 2 miles a day, before i even get home…
