Weight loss/diet/exercise counseling?
I’m a single mother/student/part-time worker. I won’t go into the details of my schedule and restrictions here but suffice it to say I’m looking for someone (trainer, dietician, etc.) who can help me out, if possible, since I obviously can’t afford to go to one in person. I just need someone to help me with ideas for working out at home, menu options, etc. and be kind of like an online support. So far I’ve lost about 8 lbs. of the 50 I need to drop (5′1, wide-build frame, 152 lbs. currently) and I need to tone up since having the kid. If anyone would be willing to help or knows where I can go to get help or has any constructive, positive suggestions please let me know. Thanks!
Try going onto www.sparkpeople.com…its really useful and helpful. They give you meal plans if you want them, exercises you can do at home. Its an online community with discussion boards and everything for you, and it would be easier for you to find people who are serious about losing weight to help you. They have online articles that can help you with coping with food, like emotional eating for example and exercises.Try it out. Oh, and its free. It seems like it would be very useful for you.
