Belly fat? How to get rid of it….?
Okay so i am in good shape, but i still have belly fat in my lower abdomen. The upper part of my abdomen is totally slimmed down but i can never get rid of the lower belly fat. Are there any good exercises or remedies to trigger weight loss in that area?
